OWA was established by Olivia Wingate in August 2000, after years of involvement and collaboration with numerous artists and production companies both in the UK and the US

OWA Ltd has also produced live events, including the sellout hit DAVID CROSS PRESENTS... at the 100 Club in London in June 2007, and produces FATSMILES the first simultaneously produced alternative live comedy night in NYC and London and soon LA.
